Return Window
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
Exchanges
We accept size exchanges on all ready-to-wear pieces. To initiate an exchange, contact us at hello@zuvlis.com with your order number and the desired size.
Non-Returnable Items
Lingerie, jewelry, and items marked final sale are non-returnable for hygiene and exclusivity reasons. These items are clearly marked at the point of purchase.
How to Return
Email hello@zuvlis.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5 business days.
